Very horrible communication and respect. I place a order on the phone at 3:30 pm and had a 8 Pc. Wing dinner with mild sauce on... it and extra on the side. A 4 wing dinner made the same and a large fry. I left at 4:00 pm gave them and extra 5 mins from the25 mins they said it would be done plus the the 5 min drive there. I get there and paid waited nothing woman came picked up herorder in and out another lady came in and she paid and waited. I asked her what time it was she said 4:20 I went up and toldthem I order my food at 3:30 and then that lady got her order and left she said she order about 30 mins ago. The cook came to mesaid she didn?t see my order sorry . I wait another 25mins . I get home and my order had no sauce on my wings and one lil cup ofsauce smh . I called and she was so rude and didn?t care that I waited an hour or that she messed up my order and hung up andwould not pick up. And for just information I did not come at her wrong but right with a ton of Patience that a lot of otherswould not have. Trash I had no choice but to give them 1 star. Chicken wings were over cooked, they were too small, and a complete waste of... money oh not to mention they put a empty container of suppose to be coleslaw in my plate with my chicken and fries. Called 3x to place an order while I was on my way there and they kept pushing it to voicemail. Made it to the restaurant and it... was not crowded, I was 3rd in line to order, placed my order with the male cashier who barely opened his mouth wHEN I spoke,never asked what can I get for you, I just ordered he told me the price and gave me my ticket. Waited in the cold lobby for 30min for AIR FRIED CHICKEN-that?s right you read it AIR FRIED CHICKEN. You didn?t smell the chicken being ?fried? there was nogrease AT ALL from the fries or the chicken and NO SAUCE was on my chicken nor in the bag. Very disappointing, very.
