Horrible customer service in this location. It's the worst I have ever had and not only one time but multiple times, it's always... the same. Only reason I come back is because my kids like the pizza but the staff in the store are super rude and don't like tobe there and it shows. Again I can't describe whit words how bad they are. This was one of the rare times I have ordered pizza and everything is spot on. This is my first time ordering from this... location. I hope everyone has a good meal like I just did. Most times I eat from places they're terrible. This was an awesomeexperience! The pizza was properly cooked, the cheese tasted like a good solid cheese. The pepperoni tasted spot on. The wingswere crispy and tasty. I have had bad experiences in other pizza hut locations. This order was really good. Read more
The only reason why I didn't give five stars is because we ordered original pan pizza and received hand tossed. Although still... good, it wasn't the same. We also had the fries and cinnabons. Those both were on point. Read more
Did not like the sauce did not taste like use too. ate 2 slices discarded the rest. Did they change ingredients? 2nd time... visiting ordered online a large pizza when arrived was told pizza stuck to pan had remake another one asked to come back in 20minutes came back and did not have a large pizza was given 2 medium pizzas instead. over 45 minute experience to get a order notordered. bad experience Read more
Ordered 3 "the edge" pizzas along with a few other items for my daughter's birthday. Arrived about 2 minutes before my order was... supposed to be ready. Ended up waiting another 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. Employee brought my order up frontand walked away. Walked out with my order, got to my car, checked to make sure everything was made correct and I see all 3pizzas look as if they were about an hour or more old and looked to be missing pieces. All 3 pizzas looked like the photoattached. All 3 pizzas looked like they were just thrown in the boxes. So I took them back inside and showed employee and wastold they were fresh out the oven and they could not replace them. So, I'm out the over $70 for my order and had to go orderfood from another place. Worst experience ever! Read more
Horrible. It was over $50.00 and the entire order was wrong. It was close to closing time and they wanted to get out of there so... they sent us on our way with raw breadsticks and pizzas that were made wrong. Read more
Haven't had Pizza Hut in a very long time, I'm talking years. I was very surprised and satisfied, with the thin and crispy... crust. Pizza Hut always had the BEST thin crust pizza I've ever had!
