No longer has a "value menu" to speak of. They were out of everything so we were forced to order Tacos of which they had very... little of anything on them and were soggy. When I returned them, both of the entry doors were closed. We had to get in a longline to go through the drive-thru to return our food with very little if any remorse or regret for the awful service and Theovercharged prices. Order a hard taco and some soft tacos all supremes got chips and cheese when I got my hard taco it was broken it was a mess... then the soft tacos had sour cream only on one side of the taco plus the soft tacos were so soggy you couldn't eat them thechips that I ordered only come with 5 chips in the bag and the cheese was only half of the container Read more

Just fuqn sat in drive thru for 20min, got to the kiosk to order & drive-thru person told me we ran out of food & will take at... least 30min. Only 1 car in front of me by this time because the other two drove away so I drove away also. If your employeesdon't wanna work tell them to go collect unemployment!!! Read more
Come through drive thru to order. As I pulled in I saw the workers standing around the counter looks to be talking, pull into... drive thru to order. Took them about 4 mins of me sitting waiting for them to tell me they have NO FOOD FOR 30 mins!!! WTH Howcan Taco Bell be out of EVERY food item! Would leave zero stars if I could! This was the second Taco Bell we went tonight, thefirst one in Highland, IN sad they was out of beef, beans and nacho cheese. Very disappointed in these 2 locations. This is hands down, 100% the BEST taco bell I have ever been to. If I could give them 6 stars I would. My friend and I have came... to this location THREE DAYS IN A ROW. They are quick, the staff is super friendly and nice, and the food is so fresh. The tacoshells were crunchy all the way through, not soggy or stale. The tacos were full to the top, the cheesy roll ups were full,warm, and melted, they did not let up when making this food. I'm from a different state and I can say with my whole chest thatI'm devastated the taco bell back home will never compare to this one. Read more
Besides the men's bathroom being a bit dirty, the rest of the store was really nice. Good staff & customer service. Fountain... drink station was stocked, sauces were stocked. Food prepared just right. Read more
I placed an online order and had arrived after 10 minutes of placing. Upon arrival was told it would be a ?30-40 minute wait?.... When I had asked why it?s gonna take that long I was told ?the food cause we?re short staffed?. Mind you, it?s 20 degrees out soI was essentially asked to wait 40 minutes in the cold just for 4 items. When asked for clarification what actually takes 30minutes I was met with another lady who told me she would take care of it. I had received my food within 5 minutes. The food Ihad gotten was completely inedible and cold. The fries were full of grease, soggy, and cold. My Doritos taco supreme was mostlylettuce, stale, and cold. My chicken chipotle burrito was old, soggy, and had a stale tortilla. Not to mention my spicy potatotaco was so old that I wouldn?t even feed it to a raccoon. Even my 8 year old son thought the food was gross and we had to throwit away. Completely ridiculously and disrespectful. As someone who is food safety management certified in Indiana, I can saywith confidence that serving food in that condition is going to lead to someone getting sick. This was on 11/19 at 12:30 am.
