The nuggs were fantastic, which is why I ate them first. They were so fresh! I had such high expectations for everything else,... but the fries had a weird taste and were almost soggy. The burger was simply reheated, maybe microwaved, which obviously wasunappreciated. It was late at night, but there were still multiple people working, so I expected to have a better experiencethan I did. Read more
Spent over 30 minutes in the drive through line. Not sure if they are under staffed, unorganized, or just moving at a sloth's... pace. Regardless, it was the most painful experience to sit in the car with two hangry kids asking every 30 seconds why wearen't moving. Only stop here if you are desperate for food, have no other options, and want to wait longer than an actual nicerestaurant experience. Read more
Went into the restaurant to use their bathroom decided to stay in there and order. VERY SLOW! So slow my food wasn't hot when... after sitting down I had to finally go up abd ask if my food was ready. The girl behind the French fry grill wasn't wearinggloves and the frie boxes were being touched and her fingers were a bit inside. Their beverage machine wasn't working right. Ihad to go get my raz tea from the staff. I saw people going in confused how to use it as well. I actually helped them. Everyonewas waiting a long time for food and it wasn't that busy. I don't think I'll ever go in there again. Sad thing is Wendy's isextremely reasonable on their $4 for 5 combo where other places are at $10 for a combo. Read more
In drive-thru while placing order the young woman was rude and rushed me before I could finish my sentences. I understand it?s... FAST food but service should be at the core of it. It's management's fault. Went in there 8/5/22 around 6PM. Not a single custumer in the lobby, or eating area. The soda... machine and condiment area was nasty. Covered in trash and syrup. The young man behind the counter ignored me for 5 minutes,then sparked at me with "I WILL BE WITH YOU SOON," then ignored me for another 5 minutes. Ordered the hot n' honey chickensandwich, which was good. The fries were just the small stubs and way over cooked. A completely untrained staff, 100%management's fault. Read more
Food was good but it takes a very long time to order. It seemed the staff gave priority to the drive-thru customers over the in... store customers for ordering and fulfilling orders. My suggestion is to go to another location if you want Wendy's. Read more
Yes, I went 2day ordered a single with fries and drink. They took 4 ever to wait on me and other customers, cause of door dash... or whatever mobile order. Then when I did get my order the fries were burnt and hard. I was so ticked. Will not go back to thatone. The best one is in Hobart. Didn't feel like driving that far. Read more
This Wendy?s has horrible food ! I sent my bf here for food the food was old and cold on night crew. I called the next morning... told the manager whom agreed with me that night crew was having bad service. The manager told me she was adding my name to abook for future replacement. I went again on night crew like a dummy and the drive thru man told me he was the manager but whenI told him I had a replacement credit for the order he went and got the manager with red and black hair that gave me a slygesture then telling me she was calling the manager Which I believe she didn?t but then agreed to coupon off the order. But hadus wait an additional 10 minutes for food that again was cold and the boy at the window accidentally gave us a order a freshnuggets. I know she gave us old food again. Read more
