The food here is decent but the experience i had was absolutely shocking and I doubt i will be back with so many new options... coming to town. Went in with my 4 and 8 year old to have some daddy daughter time. Got our order taken fine, food came out fine.The a group of workers (younger kids) came and sat in the booth by us for their breaks. I dont mind that, however once it wasmade clear that they were a couple because the male started feeling up the female in the booth it quickly became a problem. Mygirls were also very confused at what was going on at their table that was causing so much commotion since you know, he had hishands down her pants. I reached out to a manager and was basically told its not a big deal and I should have just ignored it (Iguess this is somehow my fault). I asked to speak to the store manager and here I am weeks later still without any contact. Ialso sent in a request on the website to be contacted and that also went ignored. Not sure what kind of weird adults are okaywatching high school kids mess around in the store but I certainly will not be taking my kids back in there again. Read more
This location is very busy during the lunch hour. The customer service is always friendly and they try to get your food to you... in a timely manor. The food is always hot and friend. This culvers does a great job!! Read more
The Culver?s in grimes is absolutely terrible. I had to come back multiple times just to reorder a simple ice cream order. First... time the ice cream was completely melted when they handed it to me and wasn?t what I ordered on top of that. I return and justask for one of they?re ready made pints and they still gave me the wrong thing. Bad service and poor quality, I wish I couldleave no stars!!! Read more
3-4 stars. Burgers are good. Juicy burger, but thin. Taste was excellent and much more than I was expecting compared to fast... food burgers. I skipped the fries as I don't eat crinkle cut, but tried the cheese curds and mashed potatoes. The curds weregood, but not great. The potatoes and gravy would be an option to avoid as the gravy was very salty and overwhelming. The shakesare okay, and may suit you needs, but I would prefer a thicker shake. Their food is always fresh and delicious. The line takes a while during lunch and dinner hours, sometimes up to 10 minutes until... you can order then depending on what and how much you ordered, it might take another 3-6 minutes to get your food. After youpay, you will be given a number and asked to pull forward. Courteous staff will run your food out when it's hot and ready andstick around to ensure you have everything you ordered and all the sauces and condiments you need. Read more
Super clean on the inside, employees were super friendly. I got a Culver deluxe double, fries and cheese curds. Burger was... amazing, nothing fancy but it was kind of crispy but juicy! Fries were just your normal crinkle cut fries but they tasted fresh.Cheese curds weren't the best I've had but they were good. Husband got a bacon deluxe (forgot the picture) but he said it wasgreat. It?s unfortunate how slow this Culver?s is. Every single time I have attempted to come back here there is a 20 plus minute wait.... There can be 1 car ahead of me or 15 cars ahead of me. Easily waste a half hour of my time to simply get the food to my car.Worst Culver?s in business by far. Read more
