I ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers, along with other things. They didn?t give me a receipt to double check my order, or leave the... order up on the screen long enough for me to double check, I even asked for a receipt and they said their printer wasn?tworking. I received two single cheeseburgers, and when I told them I ordered triple cheeseburgers they said to keep the singlecheeseburgers and they will fix it. Then the manager says that I need to pay for triple cheeseburgers and give back the others,after The other workers said to just keep them , I had already given them to my kid. This is my all-time favourite McDonald's in this area. It is just 5 minutes from my office. So I go there very frequently. The... staffs of this location are better than others. They always smile and greet me while serving my food. Never got disappointedfrom them. There fries are the best than others. All the time I ordered, I got fresh and well seasoned fries. And all otherfoods are as usual like other McDonald's. Read more
They accidentally gave my food to another car at the drive through, when the customer called them back to return it, they... attempted to serve it to me. I refused due to it being inside another car. They took it inside and 20 seconds later anotherperson tried to serve what I am sure is the same bag to me. You cannot serve food that has already been in possession ofanother customer! I ended up leaving without the food, and out the money in frustration. This location always has poorservice, but this broke me, I'm officially done with them. Read more
Always check your order. We've been given McDoubles with only one patty and McChickens in place of cheeseburgers! Orders are... consistently wrong and missing items. Also very slow, I've never been given my food at the window. Let Corp know about missingitems and nothing ever happens. Not spending money at this location anymore. Read more
It truly boggles the mind how incompetent this particular location can be consistently. It obviously is a management issue... because they constantly struggle to provide the most basic service that is pretty standard at every other McDonald's. On top ofbeing incredibly slow they make every car drive up and inefficiently wait for someone to bring out every order even when thereis not a backup or line. Management might be the worst I've ever seen at a McDonald's and this was the case well before thepandemic. Read more

I drive to the drive thru (2:50 pm) and the drive thru was empty so I wanna make my order and no body attendance, so I wait 2... minutes before somebody take the order, very simple just a double burger fries and drink, well when a girl take my order was notfriendly, I order and she repeat what I said probably because I speak whit accent, you know like try to bring me a hard time okI pass and pay on the next window before take my food they're telling me move to the front an waiting like 7 minutes before thefood came, on the front of me was another vehicle a minivan and they bring a rong order to her, if I wait 7 minutes, I don'thave idea how longer the other car waiting....
