Disappointing they ruined my pizza and I had to wait for them to make another one. Then when I asked for packets of parmesran... cheese and red peppers they told me that would cost extra. Godfathers doesn't charge for that and I'm sure they would appreciatemy business Read more

Food was good and ready when it said. The only complaint is that the 2 people working were both in the back when I came in an... apparently they didn?t hear the bell from the door when I came in due to it being so loud from the ovens I guess so I stoodthere for a few minutes before they seen me. And when placing my online order it automatically fills in the crust as hand tossedwhich is what I typically order from other places but of course I wanted pan crust from P.H. So that was a huge disappointmentthat I didn?t notice it before placing the order. Read more
I ordered pepperoni cheese crust pizza, cinnamon sticks & and wings from here lastnight ... My first problem was the pizza ,... half of the pizza didn't have marinara sauce or cheese on it .. secondly when the delivery driver was leaving I called him backbecause I didn't get my wings and got the wrong order but he didn't answer so I called the store to let them know. The lady saidshe'll let management know and will call me back shortly... I waited for about a hr and called them back but got placed on holduntil phone disconnected. I didn't bother calling back cause I was already upset but I'll never be ordering from hereagain. Make your customers your first priority ! Read more
Worst customer service. I've ordered from this place multiple times ONLY because my family loves the TASTE of the pizza. The... food is ALWAYS cold, something is missing, etc. but in this case not only was it cold and missing the garlic, but one of ourslices had a big chunk missing off one of the pieces. Estimated delivery was 8:14pm, pizza arrived at 8:34pm,WE.LIVE.5.MINUTES.AWAY!!! I don't go and pick it up because I choose to pay the convenience of delivery, it's a service I payfor and I expect to AT LEAST get the food properly made or even on time. I called the store at 8:35pm and waited (not even onhold, I heard multiple employees talking amongs each other, complaining and talking poorly about other customers the 20 minutesI was on the line) and a manager never came to the phone, they hung up the call without speaking. I screen recorded the wholething. More than glad to share it. Go spend your money elsewhere, pizza hut (or at least these employees at grimes) don't givea cr*** about their paying customers.
