My sister not only received food that looked like trash and was cold, but when she asked for a refund and the managers... information, Elexa the Assistant Manager decided to weponize the police and call them to the scene. My sister, who is also apolitical figure, was not belligerent, all she wanted was her refund and the mangers information to let them know how their"Assistant Manager" acts towards customers. Elexa deserves to be fired for her rudeness, poor customer service, hanging up on acustomer, having a trash attitude and unnecessarily escalating a situation by weponizing the police and wasting the policeofficer's time when there was no threat. My sister has been trespassed for receiving improperly prepared food and asking for amanager. This is not right! This was recorded and complaints will be filled! FIRE ELEXA! This is my go-to place to eat in Grimes. Workers are surprisingly friendly and helpful, unlike many fast food joints in the... area. I've never been disappointed in a meal here before. We have made this our main TJ's for a long time. Today, July 3, 2022 may have been the last time we go. Did Drive thru,... Order 14460218, my Beef Taco was skimpy and my husbands tortilla was so dry it was hard and cracked. I did find the rest of mytaco....in the bottom of the bag! If I had wanted a Walking Taco I would have asked for one. The guy taking Drive thruorders was barely understandable. He handed us our food and we said Thank You - he said NOTHING.
