Came in at 330 pm on a Monday. Tried to order two smoothies. They told me they just just washed their machine and couldn?t make... the two I asked for. I got two others but it just doesn?t seem right to not offer all your beverages mid day because yourcleaning a juicer. Read more
On June 10th approximately 11:30am my fiancé and I visited this location. The staff were rude. We?re an interracial couple and... immediately their behaviour changed when we came into the store. We waited over five minutes and finally was asked what wewanted. We will not be returning to this location. Read more

I visited this location at 2:45 pm on December 8 2021 and wow amazing customer service amazing energy and everything was done... with such kindness. She catered to my custom drink request and suggested adding certain things to it as well and mmmm it wasdelicious!!! Even genuinely told me to have a wonderful day at the end of it all with a smile. I used to go to this location religiously but ever since this location has hired new employees it has taken a turn for the... worst. The drinks taste watered down and not how they should be, the attitude and behaviour the new employees show isdisrespectful. Avoid this booster juice and go to another one. Read more
I'll start this review off by saying, I wasn't disappointed with the product at all. The location was good, it was a clean... environment and I didn't feel like there was an issue with any of that. I ordered the Brazilian Thunder, it was good. Thick andvery flavorful, added a Energy Booster Shot. It's a premium brand with a premium price, but I didn't feel as if I wasn't gettingwhat I paid for. Would be interested in trying more flavors, but honestly this was my first time going there. The bad part;When going somewhere I am not familiar, I usually try and get the staff to make suggestions on flavors or options they may enjoythemselves. Behind the counter was a tall slim blonde haired girl that made me feel as if I was there to waste her time, therewas Zero customer service with this person. There was one person ahead of me, and she was very dismissive and abrupt witheverything. While making the other customers juice, she asked if I've decided yet. To which I answered no, (because I had noidea what I was looking at). Normally I would wait until the staff had nothing else to do, and then ask about what is available.Given her short answers, wildly running back and forth putting the drink together and just simply wanting to get everyone out ofthe store as quickly as possible. I made my order, which was done quickly. But again, I felt as if I was somehow a burden onthem. As I took my order, she quickly ran into the back room before I even got out the door. Maybe this was an isolatedincident? Possibly this is the one staff member that is this way? Possibly she was the only person in the building and there's apipe leaking she had to manually hold with her hand. Who knows! Brand new booster juice location in Grimsby..incredibly under staffed. Waited in line for 30 minutes and another 20 minutes for... my juice. Ordered around 3 30 pm. Current staff was rude and unwelcoming. Read more
