Ordered a pizza and some wings yesterday was promised that it will take 40 min for the delivery instead it took an Hour Pizza... was côld and wings were cold and dry. I still paid the whole order with 15% tip but I won?t ever order from this place again Read more
Order #0030037 for delivery Terrible delivery service, the food took over an hour to arrive. So right off the bat, the pizza... and wings were cold. On top of that, the 2 dressings that came with our salad were not sealed properly, or fell over with thedriver during delivery. Either way, both dressings were on the containers and only a small amount remained to be used for 2salads. Called Gino's customer service, spoke with Paula. After speaking with her, she only credited the account with $10 on an$80 order. So thanks for that slap in the face. Also wish I never tipped the driver either, in case the salad dressing spill washis fault and not the restaurant's. Regardless, I do not recommend ordering from this location, and if you do. I stronglyadvise picking up the order yourself and checking the warmth of the food right there in the store to avoid any issues like this. Read more
Originally I gave Genos a 4 star a few years back. Continued to order and have not had any issues. Bumping it up to a 5 star
