Went though the drive thru. Ate in the car, food was pretty fresh, but how is it that always half the fries are always missing... from McDonald's. I never have this problem at Wendy's. Also all the garbages we too full. Just shows the work ethics of thischain. Read more
I literally just came in there. Ordered 2 mcdoubles with no ketchup, extra mustard and extra pickles. What I got was no pickles... on both burgers with barely any mustard. I'm NOT lovin' it. Terrible ripping off customers at this location. I have frequented many Mcdonalds restaurants for years with... never a problem. Unfortunately at this location in Grimsby there is obviously an ongoing problem from the reviews read here.Please see below for the actual contents of 2 items recently received from this location. When I received them like this I justcould not believe it. If this is okay with you Mcdonalds then so be it. I will not go here again unless I am starving. Justthink if every second order is unfilled like the attached pictures show then this location is saving probably 20% on theirwholesale food costs on the back of the customer. Read more
They get my order correct (either inside or drive thru 1 out of 3 visits. Plus if you show up mid-week around lunchtime it's out... if control with highschool students with management seemingly having no desire to attempt to control it. Read more
