The person working cash made our night, he was hilarious and came out to show my children a... couple of magic tricks and jokes while we waited for our pizza to finish cooking. Hands down the best pizza in town! It looks like they have new ownership and the guy is super nice. We ordered an X-Large with... double cheese, a Wingit box with deep fried pickles, jalapeno poppers, wings and potato wedges...unbelievably good! Highlyrecommended. A++++ Read more
Update: June 30,2022 - went to this location out of desperation and the takeout was so old and gross looking. Additionally they... dropped and used one of their tools on the ground and used it to remove pizzas from the oven. The person argued when the ladywho was waiting for that pizza called him out on it. March 2022 review -Pizza was not fresh tasting, and it made me sick aftereating. It went in the trash . When I called the customer service to inform them, to ask them to make it right, they made nosolution for me, even after calling twice. They hung up on me, and called me back only to put me on hold for over 10 minutes anddisconnect the call again. They were impossible to understand and seem to be in India. I am a good customer for over 20 yearsbut now you lost me because you didn?t make it right! Update: they phoned me at 835 pm last night to follow up. For whatreason, I don?t know because they refused to offer me any store credit or refund because I guess getting sick from your fooddoesn?t warrant their satisfaction guarantee to come into effect. Ordered a pizza and wings from here on two separate occasions. First time the wings came swimming in sauce which made them... soggy and gross and the pizza was burnt. i complained and received a credit of 35 towards my next pizza and wingsorder. Second time around pizza was burnt and they didn't give me all 20 wings ordered. i called again and complained and theyonly offered me a $10.00 credit which isn't enough to cover the cost of the pizza clearly they cant cook a pizza properly orknow how to count wings properly. head office clearly cant satisfy a customer safe to say we will use the credit down to thelast cent and never order a pizza again. Best pizza I've had in a long time. I ordered by phone and it's was ready as soon as I walked in 5 minutes early. . Still very... hot when I got home. Maybe it's the new pizza box design, Love it btw. Grimsby location is always so clean, not the bestcustomer service with some staff. I like that this location stays open late, because everything else closes so early in thissmall town. Read more
