Don't go to this location if you like lettuce on your Subs. I noticed the employee putting on a small amount of lettuce . I... asked for more and was told that there was a shortage of lettuce. I must say there will be a shortage of customers at thislocation in the future. The owner might want to change his short term outlook on lettuce. I see others have had sameexperiences at this low budget Sub shop Will not be returning!!!! UPDATE. WENT TO ANOTHER SUBWAY IN WINONA. LOTS OFLETTUCE!!! Recant to owners response. The owner should have some type on signage or let customers know that the subs theywill be making will have a pinch of lettuce on their Subs. If I could do 0 stars I would. I went to subway last night with my daughter got a Turkey the girl behind the counter puts a... pinch of lettuce on her sub. Due to Shortage of lettuce ok I understand but then my daughter only gets cucumber and pickles soshe asked for more cucumbers the girl put 6 cucumbers my daughter ask for more the girl adds 1 more cucumbers and says thatenough she can?t have anymore! I think that is absolutely insane!!!!! You give us nexted to no lettuce but can?t have extracucumbers. I will never go to this location again. And the attitude on her was not ok. Read more
Good and fast location.. as Subways go.. clean and they don't give you dirty looks when you ask for extra of one topping.
I ordered a Ham, bacon & cheese half sub. The person had a very heavy accent made worse by the music in the store which was so... loud it was distracting. I told him, I couldn't hear hime because the music was so loud. He said "l'm sorry" but didn't doanything about it. I stood at the counter as you normally do, and while he was putting the meat on my sandwich he told me tostand by the cash register. My sandwich wasn't complete yet. Hmmm. I was thinking of getting spinach on it but there was quitea bit of rotten spinach in the bin. While I was waiting, someone came in to use the bathroom. The counter guy said it was oforder which was weird, because I had just seen another person leave it and return the key to the counter. I won't come back. Read more
It's a Subway, if you've been to one you've been to them all, right? Well pretty much but I decided to rate this one based on 2... items. The sandwich maker was very pleasant and quite helpful and...they actually had Jalopeno peppers!!! (My local Subways inCobourg, Ontario DO NOT anymore, sadly). All in all this was an above average Subway experience and I'll be back on a futurevisit to Grimsby. Read more
We ordered 2 footlong turkey avocado subs, when we got home, there was clearly something bad in it (guac likely) as it was... sour/bitter and did not taste fresh at all. Went back to the store to request a 6" replacement for the one I had left. They saidthe guac was made daily. Never ordering here again. Read more
Ordered through the App, and went to pick up at the time noted. The young man working was alone, and 5 people in line. This... kid should get a raise for his work ethic. He never stopped moving, and had polite apologies for each customer regarding thewait. Some may complain about the wait, but I was pleased to see the work ethic. He should be commended. Read more
Dark and dingy restaurant, with very poor customer service. The staff are 100% not trained properly and dont doubt you'll get... sick from there food.. if you have allergies to certain food dont expect them to care... When informed of my green pepperallergy the young girl refused to change her gloves, she also refused to wipe down the prep table... I had to refuse their foodand go to a different city to get our subs.. all subways in this town are owned by the same person so expect the same servicefrom them all. Read more
