A meatball sub was on the menu tonight !! With no bread I called the store spoke with Hailey & she was so helpful & did a... terrific job !! She put the meatballs with the cheese in soup bowl !! Heated it to melt the cheese !! It was a hit here !!! Shewas so helpful & since skip took away the note space we can say what we want or don’t want in the meal but today I calledsubway & HAILEY was Fabulous!!! I’d give her 10 ???????????????????? This is by far my favourite fast food location to go to. Every time I come in they greet me by name. The manager Sunny is always... friendly and accommodating, and most of the staff knows my order by heart. “The usual today?” It’s rare to go to arestaurant, let alone a fast food restaurant that is this impressive. If I had my way, this would be my first 6 star review.Keep up the great work. You guys rock!!! Read more

By far my favorite place to get subs. I go here 2-3 times a week, the staff is always friendly and quick, and always gives... amazing proportions. I have never been disappointed with my order, it always tastes amazing and fresh. If I could give thisplace over 5 stars I would, everyone needs to go here!! Read more

Very rude older lady that works there. Id avoid this subway at all costs. She makes the subs with very little care. Another... employee made my sub and completed it and i was about to pay and this older lady randomly came from the back pointing her fingerat me from across the store yelling at me for asking for extra toppings the day prior. I asked for more topping(onion's) as sheonly put two small slices on the day before. She was very aggressive and very rude and very personal. If you care about yourhard working money than respect yourself and find a place that deserves your money. I come to this location every second day onmy lunch break. I will never return to any subway location agian. Ive emailed customer service experience with my complaint andwill update this review when i receive a response or if i don't receive a response at all. Long story short...avoid this subwayand the miserable aggressive people subway descides to employ . Read more

Very poor business practices, Southwest Steak and Guac sub on promo, no pricing on sign, no mention of not applicable for... coupon, regular steak and cheese is $10.98 so you would assume price is similar but no this thing is $16.28...owner blamed headoffice, said don't bother complaining they will just email me , I will tell you the same thing again...total scam artists....subwas tasty, would have paid the price for it...but principle of the transaction is super sketchy! Even by using one coupon at$7.49 plus $4 in extras would be $11.49 plus the regular price of the 2nd sub at$ 8.69 would come out $4 less overall. Just poorbusiness practices. Read more

I ordered 3 subs via the app with the option of curb side pickup. I arrived exactly on time. Waited over 10 min outside and no... one came to give me my food. I only saw new customers walking in and walking out with their subs. I decided to go in to check onmy order and the lady behind the counter said she will make my sub after the last customer. I told her I was waiting outside forover 10min. She said her app doesn’t tell her when the orders come. So I had to wait over 30min to get my sub. Plus shedidn’t even do it properly. Wrong toppings. Her hair was all over the place. No hair net. Check your food before you eat it. Ieven called the number in the app twice but it was voicemail and no one returned my call. I noticed a few customers come andleave after finding out how slow the service was. I even emailed customer service and they replied with thanks for yourfeedback. No more subway at this location. Bad service. Bad management. Just excuses. Read more
