We frequently stop here before and after our bouldering trips to Niagara Glen. This Tim's gets super busy with a combination of... walk-up and drive through traffic whenever we get a late start and show up after 8:30. Our orders get mixed up with regularitywhen it looks like the staff is working full-tilt to keep up. Sometimes it works out in our favour - we've gotten 10 moretimbits than expected - but more frequently it means waiting for another 5 to 10 minutes. This location also regularly run lowon food items after 6PM. Service has otherwise been good, and the food is on par with expectations from a Tim's. Read more
The ladies and gentlemen who work drive thru are so lovely! It?s a terribly busy location and the service is quick and accurate.... There is an ?English lady and man named Chris who I see quite often.. they are wonderful! I?ve seen multiple reviews on Chris,perfect example of customer service! Read more
I just dealt with a gentleman in the drive thru by the name of Chris on 9/1/22 at 2pm- he is an absolute pleasure to deal with.... Mid July 2022, a hot, sunny weekday noon, 31 C. There is a weather warning of severe thunder storm Wed from the Huron... direction. Staff and crispy sandwich are nice. Aircon works fine. An enjoyable lunch stay. Read more
One of the best located Tim horton on the way to Niagara. This is Not an on-route but it has more happening ambience than... regular On-routes. Loved it. Read more
Staff are friendly and helpful. Everything I've ordered at this location has been accurate and well prepared. The set up /... signage for the drive thru could be better. Inside, the lineup seems to interfere with people walking to and from the washroom. Overall, this is a great place to stop for a rest on a long drive and an above average Tim's location. Read more
