Every time I go to through this drive thru, if the lovely woman with curly blonde hair and bright eyes ISN?T working the window,... the experience is less than stellar. Forgotten about or wrong menu items in delivered order happens a lot, intercom rustlingmakes it difficult to order through drive through, app pricing doesn?t match the checkout - all small issues that have no largeimpact but gosh forbid you mention it at the window - you?re in for a rude response, deal-with-it attitude that never seems tobe the person?s responsibility to help you out with. These things happen - but the way it?s handled with utter rudeness it?sreally disheartening as a customer. This is customer service, and (todays issue I decided to ask about:) if a customer issharing something like a $3 difference in what they?re expecting to pay because of an app offer - I?m sorry that Tim Hortonsdoesn?t have a perfect app system between stores and head office - but to shake your head, get so upset and basically say?that?s what the computer says so pay it? it just really weird. Called the manager in a huff and wouldn?t even attempt toproblem solve, acting like I was yelling at her. So weird. To remedy on my side, I look forward to my next visit, with theusual person, asking her name and making sure I only drive thru on days she?s working. Thanks to the whole team for combinedefforts. Today I had one of the worst Tims experiences of my life. We started off our experience with a 10 minute wait before we even... ordered, followed by very rude and diminishing service. We asked for 3 separate orders (all of which were under $3) and thestaff filled the order even though their body language and rude remarks seemed as though they would rather us just drive away.The staff member that cashed us our muttered under her breath, ?I will never do this again? as she practically chucked our foodat us. They were obviously upset that we are teenagers and wanted 3 orders so I will not be returning to this location. If the 3separate orders were the issue I would rather be told that instead of being treated as if my aunt was angry at me for killingher son. Read more
