Was driving through on 1/28 and purchased a milk for pregnant wife. She drank about half of the bottle, and mentioned to be that... it tasted funny.. Low and behold, expired on 1/21. After a night of sickness, she is doing better, but still annoyed as this wascompletely unavoidable. I am very surprised that this expired dairy product remained on the shelves a week after expiring withno QC. I understand it is small town store, but simple due diligence for those you serve. They have a good selection of items but the cashier was very unfriendly, sounded like she was complaining about having too many... customers to get her work done and acted annoyed to have to check us out. Read more
I have decided not to patronize this store any longer. The night shift cashier is rude ,lazy, slow. it seems like it is a... personal insult to her to even come in while she is there. She complains every time , she seems agrivated if she has to selllottery tickets, check lottery tickets. She makes rude comments about having to accept 50s or 100s. I use caseys almostexclusively but I will go to kum and go after 10pm. That way i am causing her any undue stress. Its really not a decisionthat I made easily. I prefer doing my business at caseys. Maybe if a few more regular customers stop shopping at this storethings will get changed. On a brighter note .. it should be mentioned The rest of the crew are pleasant hard working peoplewho maintain a very clean well stocked and well ran store . I would not give them one star. I have been a customer of this particular Casey's store for years. I fill up my gas tank 6 days... a week at this store. On 10/6 I filled my tank as usual and went into the store to get a bottle of tea. Upon entering the store I notice a young woman at the register with huge fake eye lashes. In my life I have never seen anyone wearing fake eye lasheslike that I decided I should take a picture with I may add is perfectly legal as I was to far away to get a clear picture Idecided not to take a picture and put my phone away I approached the young lady placed my tea on the counter and answered theusual questions yes no and thank you was the extent of our conversation.on 10/7 I went to Casey's as usual and filled up withgas only today I was approached by two police officers who proceeded to tell me that the young woman I had in counterd hadcalled them and told them that someone told her I had I had taken her picture wich I did not she also told them I was speakingin a threatening manor and I previously on different occasions was in the store acting in a threatening manor. So this younglady lied thru her teeth and fiIed a no trespass warwnt against me and I'm no longer allowed on the property I am 60 years oldand have never acted like that in any store . And If this is how Casey's general store treats its long time loyal costumers Iwill gladly stay away and spend my $200 a week across the road at Kum n Go Read more
Not sure if they're a gas or a food place. If they're a food place it might help if they acknowledge people standing in line... waiting to order food. I thought, score I can get gas and dinner on the quick... 5 minutes later in line the tall scrawny guybehind the counter has wandered past me like 4 or 5 times waiting for a pizza to cook..... I guess your people aren't supposedto multitask? First and now only time I try to get food from this place. Read more
Good clean new store. One of your larger caseys stores. My only complaint is the food carousel was emptyn save a few pieces of... pizza that look like they were left to burn to death in the Gobi desert. Probably just the time of day I entered the store. Read more
Usually the best pizza ever but ordered our usual pizza and wings last night. Pizza was a thin crust not regular like ordered... and the wings were way over cooked, hard and burnt tasting. Disappointed, maybe new cooks? Read more
