This morning, I had probably the worst cup of coffee I have ever tasted at this gas station. They have automated brewers, and... when I first went in, another customer was dumping what he had just brewed out. He said, ?This isn?t even coffee.? My son hadthen brewed something that looked like pond water. I started brewing the Brazilian roast, and asked him to put creamer in and atop on, while I ran to the bathroom, since we were in a hurry. When it came time to drink it in the car, I would swear thatsomebody dumped an ashtray where the coffee grounds were supposed to go. It smelled and tasted absolutely disgusting. The worst store with the rudest staff I have ever walked in to !! Wife and I drive team semi coast to coast stopped in to switch... drivers ...use restroom ...and get coffee ....very rude employee pushed a cart in front of the restroom door and informed me therestrooms where now closed !! Are you kidding me right now ? I said how long will you be? He informed me he was just gettingstarted and I could just wait !!! Wow !! If that's how you talk to customers you can have your coffee and whatever else I wouldhave paid for !! Never again !! Never again in Grinell ,IA or any other KUM and Go !! Love these places 1 dollar drink any size and cheap gas
We were glad to find this place because not a lot of places on I80 have E85 gasoline, but this one does. We didn't go inside.... From the outside it would have helped if the pumps with E85 were more clearly marked. It did help that they had a sign on thehighway saying that they had E85. Read more
Rude cashier at 1:30 p.m. so instead of an $80 fill up, I put $20 in and went down the road to better service
