Went to get lunch on Sunday there were 2 high school kids working. Never saw any management at all. One didn't even know how to... ring up the order. A piece of glass from the front sandwich cover was gone. Place was filthy pills on counter dusty and trashwas overflowing. Will never go to this location again. Everytime I come in here the woman with rotten teeth brandy is extremely rude. Like I mean shockingly rude to the point where... she obviously either thinks it's okay or doesn't care about losing her job. Also she gives away free food to every one of herfriends. And I have a child and she offers other children freebies in front of my mentally disabled small child and offers himnothing. After telling us there are no other toys for his meal when there is and she is now giving them away in front of us.That is just one incident there have been several. She gives all her friends free bday subs on their bday month while I'm therebut won't honor a coupon for a free drink when my phone died as she was about to clip the coupon on my phone right in front ofher. We have spent a ton of money here and came here many times. Everytime i stop here the service is spot on quick, and the employees are smart, kind and very welcoming. This is my choice in... the town of Grinnell. I get flatbread sandwiches and they have never not heated the flatbread. Perhaps the review above is ananomoly. i have never had unsatisfactory service here. By the way it is very clean. Horrible! Family went into town to get Subway for everyone and the sandwiches were a mess! Flat bread wasn't warmed up. You... can't serve flat bread without it being heated or toasted. Tasted horrible. Called them back to see if I could run them back into get fixed and got nothing but a HORRIBLE attitude.
