I am not sure how this place stays in business in GP. I know businesses need staff but 0 of 4 employees greeted me. They laughed... and coughed over my ice cream; one girl told the guy making it ?don?t give her that much? like I couldn?t hear, and the finalstraw was when they dropped the SPOON and STILL STUCK THE SAME SPOON IN THE ICE CREAM! I politely said this is not appetizing nothank you and left. I will make sure no one I know goes into this place. Not only rude, but so so gross. They sort of lookedaround to see if I saw the spoon drop and then laughed when they put it back in my ice cream. They thought I couldn?t see fromthe cash register. Read more

I do NOT recommend this Cold Stone location. My mom decided to order two cakes to celebrate Father?s Day and my brother?s 16th... birthday. Because we typically order from this Cold Stone, there seemed to be no reason to double check the order, BUT that wasobviously a mistake. The young lady at the location did not ask my mom to review the cakes prior to paying and rudely packagedthem up. My mom tried calling for a manger TWICE and was hung up on. So, she went ahead and sent a message to corporate TWICE.Moving forward, this location will obviously not be receiving our business. I highly advise for anyone looking to order a cakefor their loved ones to think very carefully because the individuals do not take care in ensuring the customers are happy withtheir purchase. It?s pretty pathetic actually. AND IF YOU AS AN EMPLOYEE HAVE AN ATTITUDE, GET ANOTHER JOB. People are sick andtired of paying for horrible service from people that do not seem to want to work. I am very disappointed. I ordered a strawberry birthday cake today for my sister, Vera, in GPP. Her birthday is Friday, May 27.... She lives less than 5 minutes away from the Kercheval store. I spelled out the name. V-E-R-A. I just spoke with my sister. Thecake said, Happy Birthday Dera. To add insult to injury, online Cold Stone said, $2.99 for delivery. DoorDash apparently tackedon a service charge of $3.50 and I was not notified about this. Also since the cake was $29.00, I added a 10 percent tip. On mybill, it showed $4.50!!! I called DoorDash and Cold Stone twice without finding out why the two delivery charges. My creditcard company said the Cold Stone Creamery on Kercheval billed me for the cake. I called the store. The manager was not in. Thisis 2 p.m. on a Thursday! Will the manager call me Friday as promised? I do not know. But I am unhappy with the cake thatspelled Dera. My sister's name is VERA. Read more
Came in just before closing. I appreciate them serving us but didn't appreciate the bad attitude.
Had 2 boys at the cash register paying and there is about 10 people in line, then all *6* workers are over there joking, talking... and screaming, acting like little kids and giving there numbers to the boys instead of waiting on people took about 10 minutesfor them to be done Read more
