Staff that is severely undertrained for years on end. Basic customer service is something you will never get here, if you by... chance get them to answer the phone. I... notified the store immediately the next day only to deal with a very disrespectful, rude, unapologetic and unprofessional storemanager named Dominique. I received a refund but was told next time she wouldn't. Never dealt with such rudeness. Jets andPizza Papalis was my only go to's for Pizza but Jets won't EVER be an option moving forward.
