What can you say when the food, atmosphere and staff are amazing? We had a cover for 10 people, one of whom was celebrating his... 40th birthday. The Bronze Door staff made the night very special. Our server, Alyssa, was just wonderful. She handled severalspecial requests like the professional she is, kept the refills coming and made sure the group felt like we were the only onesin the restaurant. The manager, George, was stellar. Truly a top notch manager who was not only running front of house, butmuch later in the evening we discovered the kitchen was short-staffed. No one could tell as food was delicious and paced. Someexamples were the veak shank on polenta (which sells out quickly) and filet. Perfect plates. This was my second visit here andboth times were just amazing. So great to have such a nice restaurant with competitive prices, great selection and ambiance soclose to home. Read more

Great potential. Every single thing with our visit went wrong. Chicken was served with coleslaw that was hot. Salmon was served... cold. Bread was stale and almost too hard to eat. Reservation was for a birthday party and we asked if we could bring a cake andthey said yes. Upon arrival we were informed they would not allow it as they had dessert on the menu. A manager came by and saidfor $5 a plate they would let us have it. So many people working there it clearly is a management issue. Read more
