As much as I love Howie's Pizza, it shouldn't be this hard to place an order. Online routinely pulls up Livonia, and ordering by... phone is, well, just too much work for something that should be relatively simple. Please update/upgrade your systems andsoftware. I eat pizza every week in my household normally when I get pieces from this location I have no complaints today on the Fourth of... July 2022 I purchase a barbecue chicken pizza with Cajun crust small and when I say I was not pleased the Asian worker there isvery rude and seems to not know anything about Hungry Howies there were two other men there that I can see that was notpreparing food one was on the phone the other one was going in a freezer refrigerator to cool off I called to place my order andI was hung up on! Haven't had a bad pizza from this location yet! With their friendly service and convenient location, whenever I am in Grosse... Pointe Park this is my first choice for picking up a pizza. Ordered a veggie sub and got a pepperoni and sausage sub. My husbands order was correct. I called the store and the told me... since I ordered with Door Dash there was nothing they could do. I could complain to Door Dash. I told the woman that was prettydisappointing and I would probably not order from them again. She told me, ?she really didn?t care anyway and slammed the phonedown.? Door Dash apologized and said she was very sorry they gave her the wrong food. They then issued me a refund of $1.94 Not a good day - nearly 9 pm, after working a 12 hour shift? I'm not sure why it's so difficult to get the VEGGIE subs and/or pizza correct. The last two times I ordered the veggie sub,... half of the main veggies were missing. I don't bother calling all the time to complain because it's a waste of my time. Today Iordered veggie pizza and again one of the main veggies were missing. I did call and spoke to the manager and she said I canreceive 50% off the next order. What next order??? Why should I continue to support a business that consistently get my ordersincorrect.
