I have now ordered take out and dined in many times, with varying results. We picked up dinner several times during the pandemic... in the spirit of supporting a local business. Too many times recently, the orders of burger and fries have been reallydisappointing. Fries - not a speck of salt. The burgers, no seasoning at all. I really want to support a local business, but toget tasteless food gets really old, super fast. I have therefore begun to order elsewhere. Read more
Went there for some calamari and a Greek salad to go. The calamari came out hot and fresh as soon as I came in. Hopped in the... car, opened the box to taste it and the calamari literally tasted like nothing. There wasn?t a single speck of salt on it. Thebreading was wet and pale, nearly white. There was no pepper, no salt, no nothing. I couldn?t believe it. I ended up seasoningand recooking it so that it could be crispy and taste like something. The waitress was horrible. Took forever to get our first round of drinks. Order a side salad with French dressing. It came with... a house dressing and then asked for French. And at that time she informed me they don't serve French. I ordered a chx shawarmawrap and it came out with cut up chx with some pita bread and sour cream on the side. It was their platter. She brought it backand they basically threw the chx on a tortilla shell. I've never seen shawarma like this before. Good Mediterranean food! Our first time visiting was a good experience. We were looking for a local restaurant that wasn't a... chain. The GP Eats Facebook page recommended this location so we popped in to check it out. The service was welcoming andfriendly. The atmosphere has a chill vibe. This is a place I'd like to hangout at after work for drinks or go on a cute datewith my honey. There's seating outside as well. The food was delicious! Fshati salad was a perfect refreshing accompaniment tomy lamb burger. We also tried the beef kabobs. Delish! Lastly we enjoyed the Dark & Stormy cocktail. An appetizer, two entrees,one drink was $49. I got the chicken kabob with garlic sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, roasted onions and peppers, and pita chips. Also got an... appetizer with lamb and goat cheese on a bed of a tomato sauce with peppers and onions. Food is good, portions are generous.Service was good! If you decide to dine in, know that the place does not have air conditioning and it can get a bit humidinside. That being said, there was a little bit of air flow that made it tolerable. Read more
