Selecting 1 star truly only because it's required. I have been to this location a few times and had relatively average... experiences. However, today my experience was extremely frustrating to say the least. I arrived at the store pumped up andexcited for a smoothie at 5:50, to discover that the store had decided to close early. I knocked on the door and waived topeople inside to have employees look at me and then continue talking to each other as if I was invisible. I witnessed 4 othercustomers come up to the door shortly after me to suffer the same fate. I left disappointed and feeling disrespected. Iunderstand wanting to close early, even cleaning up after a long day so you can get home quickly after your shift, but when youhave customers literally outside trying to patron your business during your scheduled and publicized business hours, it would becourteous (albeit appropriate) to open the door. I have never gotten a bad smoothie from this location? My smoothie is always perfect?. Much ?? to the staff!!!

This was my second time buying at this location. First experience was great, but today the smoothie was kinda watery, almost... tasted liked it was melted so I called and they had no problem making new smoothies. But the re-made smoothie had so much icethat u could barely taste the flavor. I gave 3 stars because my daughter said hers was fine and the customer service was great. Read more
