Worst experience ever. Normally love going to lefty?s but never again! The rudeness of it all. I went to lefty?s website... to order and I received the wrong order when delivered. and when I called, Lilly (I believe her name is) said literally not herproblem. Then claimed when I said I had no phone number she continued to be rude. Then when I asked to speak with themanager, she said no. Barely would give his name, John. Then when I called from a different phone, a man answered and Iasked if this was John. He said John is his brother and the regional manager. He didn?t give his name either. Luckily doordash eventually returned our money. But now, I?ll never go to Lefty?s and I?m spreading the message to stay away! Read more

Owner/ employee left store and told me to move my car out of a parking lot next to my mother?s nursing home or threatened me... with towing. The other 3 suites in the strip mall were unoccupied. At 11am. Was thinking about going there after a visit withmom but absolutely not now. Read more

Ordered a Nashville Hot Chicken sandwich, received a regular chicken sandwich instead. Food was fine, but I wish for once I... could order some fast food in this city and actually get a correct order. At first I was excited to find this place because it was close to home and I'd ordered a signature sandwich and curly fries, and... thought they were great. So my husband and I kept coming back, but over time the quality started to slip. You'd go in when theorder was supposed to be ready and still have to wait 15 minutes. Or things seemed slapped together. The last time we went Iordered a cheeseburger and they gave me the one with the egg on it instead. I was surprised it was all soggy and drippy andfound egg yolk oozing all over the place. Hubby ordered the cajun fries and they had a shake of seasoning on them, but most wereplain. I filled out a survey with the receipt, informing them of the error, since I was too tired that night to go and argue.Never even got an apology. We used to go there once a week, but haven't been back for a few months. I get that mistakes aremade, but when the quality slips, they give you the wrong orders, and they won't even apologize for the error, I'm spending mymoney elsewhere. Read more

Ordered for the first time this evening. I've had a better cheese steak elsewhere though the portion is generous. Did not have... much in the way of flavor which was weird with the hot cheetos on there. Salad was good, Caesar seemed home made. Corned beefegg rolls were also good though they seemed they could have more meat in them for the price. Read more
