Tired of the same old restaurant's we go to (don't get me wrong. All have excellent food) but we were looking for something new.... I had the creme Brule French toast, and when the waitress brought it she said here's your slice of heaven. Spot on is all I cansay. We will be back! Read more

I visited mack grill on 8-6-22 and my waitress was great, but the establishment had no air conditioning. It was hot!! The... service was sloooow. My family received their breakfast, and my grilled chicken pita came out 15 min later, and it was fried.Smh. Owner said air was working. But not!!. Been out for weeks. Thought you should know. ???? The food was great! The atmosphere was very uncomfortable. It was very hot and muggy because the air was off. When I expressed... my concern the owner proceeds to tell me that the air is on and does work. While he’s clearly lying to me you see theemployees watching our conversation shaking their heads saying no the air does not work. They are not happy working underthese conditions. This makes me question the safety of my food because the cooks are in the kitchen under extreme heat sweatingover the foods. Read more
Excellent service. Started with the owner personally coming out to find us outside when our number came up. Owner also came to... our table to share information on wait time(which was understandable) instead of us sitting waiting in the dark(Although waittime was 1/2 the time of another restaurant that we still haven’t received a call yet for a table(We already have our foodfrom here). Not too busy which was good because there was only 1 waitress for the restaurant. She was pretty busy running around and getting... to tables. Patrons were patient which was a nice change. However there was a manger present who could've/should've handed alltakeout orders yet didn't. Not did he offer to fill coffee cups or get beverages to start patrons off. I've worked years in thebusiness and this is not how team work works! Thus the 2 stars for atmosphere. Management not pitching in! Read more
