This is one of the busiest locations I?ve ever seen, and the staff are always incredibly gracious, kind, and attentive.
I grab coffee beverages here often & most of the time the speed of service is phenomenal, the quality of drinks is always above... and beyond! Rarely out of stock of anything that the other locations have & I've never had to complain about a messed up order.It's well maintained both inside and outside, & even in the morning rush it feels like a very clean and professionalenvironment. Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to us and the wait is always 20-30 minutes. Even when we order ahead, we usually end... up waiting an additional 15-20 minutes for mobile orders. I?ve brought this up to management and have been told to not order inthe mornings. Read more

They do a Hella lot of business here and the staff is excellent at pacing themselves and keeping a good attitude, albeit it was... only 9:30am. Didn't here my mobile drink called out and they placed it by the M vs S so took me awhile to figure out it wasready. Oh well it was a birthday freebie so all is forgiven Read more
The new Starbucks on Mack is open and my Ry and I had to check it out this morning on errands around town. The store is clean... and well designed for customer service and ease of access and exit. Great for run in, grab, and go. Sitting areas are along theperimeter with a decorative Christmas tree in the front. Employees were on there game and orders were getting processed in anefficient and prompt manner. My chi tea was hot and extra creamy and the coffee is HOT. Fantastic new location, and the same excellent crew from Mack&Allard store are here too. The store is in a beautiful new... building that has a very spacious patio in front. The parking is much better than the old store. In the last week, I washere early so I don?t know how the parking is when crowded. I look forward to enjoying the new cathedral of coffee ?? Read more
I recently visited Starbucks and overall, I was pleased with my experience. The coffee was good and the service was... friendly. One minor issue I had was that the space was a little crowded, which made it difficult to find a comfortable place tosit. I also noticed that there wasn't a napkin and accessories table, which would have been helpful. Despite these smalldrawbacks, I was happy with the overall quality of the coffee and the service. The speed was average, but I wasn't in a rush soit didn't bother me too much. In summary, I would give Starbucks four stars. It's a great place to grab a quick coffee, and theoverall atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming. I will definitely be returning in the future. Read more
