Wish I could give 0 stars. Placed an online order the other day and went to the store to pick it up. Everything said the store... was open but the doors were locked and there was some kind of alarm going off inside. I called the store and nobody answered. Isat there for 10 minutes and nobody ever came so I had to go back to work because I was on my lunch break. I never heard backand did not get a refund for the order I never received. Read more
I couldn't even go through with buying the sandwich. The staff had no manners, the food looked old and far from fresh. The girl... kept dropping chicken for my sandwich on the floor. The place looked like food poisoning ready to happen. I felt bad for leavingbut when they barely have toppings and the ones they have look shriveled up, it's gonna be a no for me. Very slow the product doesn't look fresh. I just wanted two sandwiches but instead he decided to make sandwiches for the two... orders behind me at the same time. Not so fresh. Got 2 stomach aches here after ordering their spinach wraps. 2 stars cuz I like the workers there.
I took my fiancee here today, but I have yet to go inside. Still, the food here is prepared much better than the East pointe... location! East Pointe is closer, but I will travel the extra 13 minutes for better food and service!!! The only downside is theparking. Read more
