Spent 15 minutes on Halloween waiting for one of the 8 staff members to acknowledge any of the three parties waiting for a... table. There were more empty tables than occupied ones and yet seating any of us was too difficult. Never had food, theatmosphere was disappointing. Read more
Decent food, but short staffed. Also, they don't do carside to go correctly. While I was waiting for my carside to go order I... watched a waitress light her cigarette inside the restaurant before stepping out, smoke for a couple minutes, then put it backon a brick lip, and then went straight to her table without washing her hands or anything. Ordered curbside takeout. The best thing about the meal was the sauce on the boneless honey bbq wings and the fries. No ketchup... for fries and the 4 cheese pasta with honey pepper chicken tenders was more like chicken tenders with bland Alfredo sauce withplain chicken tenders and bacon bits and nothing else on the tenders. My wife and I go on anniversary vacation every year, eat here once every year, get the same meal every year, and it's always... perfect. Their consistency is admirable, which is,I suppose, what they're aiming for. Server was kind and attentive as always.Never been disappointed with anything at this particular Applebee's. Read more
We arrived with 15 people for my mom's birthday celebration. We called them ahead of time to give them heads up but they don't... take reservations nor do they pass on the information to the shift. We waited but they quickly set up a table. Sat and had onewaitress who was on her game. Only one mistake a wrong meal but I call that a good evening with all these people. She filled updrinks n dips when we needed it. No complaints on the food. Other than getting wrong meal. They brought out dessert for my mom nwe Sang to her. The smiles priceless. Great time. Came in for dinner with my daughter and boyfriend. Had great service and mealswere great. Waitress was very accommodating and pleasant. Overall again great time. Lost a star because today I got a salad andsomehow a pepper which was small got into my salad and im allergic. I broke out in hives and still had to pay full price. ???? Read more
Host sat my family down as soon as we got in. However, we sat for 15 minutes and my husband had to get up to get manager to ask... if we are getting a waiter or not. Finally, waiter came ? Jesse C.? Was so unpleasant and so slow was not on top of anything.Gave us drinks after a while, then took our order literally when the food was ready just handed the plates to me to pass out tomy family. Never checked on us if we needed anything, nothing horrible service. Therefore, as gratitude we left $0.00 on tips.Never coming back!!!! Read more
