Ordered online. Went into get my order. Checked my order. There was practically NO cheese on my extra cheese pizza. My pasta... bowl again was suppose to have cheese, had ZERO cheese on it. Showed the counter help for him to tell me it's weighed out andthat's extra cheese. Then called manager over. Manager took it as a joke. No apology for the order being wrong, I asked for mymoney back and it was an inconvenient for him. As a store manager you should go above and beyond to help the customer not getmad because you were inconvenienced. I wish I had taken pictures before I let them take the food bad. Very dissatisfied. It's ashame what customer service has come to these days. Also the young lady spaying Windex 3 inches away from open food and a preparea that was still in use. Read more
Probably the most reliable place to get take out from in Groton. Been ordering from this dominos for 10 years!! I can remember... one mistake where we got someone else's order maybe 7 years ago and our order was right away brought to us with a credit. Can'teven think of another mistake.
