Very inconsistent. We mobile ordered 2 coffees and 3 hash brown orders. There were only 2 in the bag, so we said something. The... person at the window gave us an attitude. We drove away and started eating the hash browns and they were cold. Tasted like theywere sitting in the warmer but the warmer was off. Coffee cups always have coffee on the outside: very messy. We decided to go inside to order since we had to use the restrooms. My wife went to order and the employees were just standing... to the side talking. She waited a few minutes and the said "Hello?". The manager (assuming she was the manager, since she wasthe only one replying and giving orders), stepped out and said someone will be with you in a moment. Meanwhile there were otheremployees working drive thru. A woman helping fill the drive thru orders. My wife waited some more time, waiting while the otheremployees stood talking. Finally the manger comes with a cash drawer, says "I'll be with you in a moment, I just need to countthis drawer". My wife continues to wait. Finally manager is done counting money. Then walks away. Starts touching all the foodtrays with her dirty bare hands that she just counted cash with! Then walks around to the drive thru area and tells one of theemployees to help my wife. My wife still waiting, waits longer for another employee to come take the order. That person juststands in front of the register and says nothing, just stares at my wife. My wife had to ask, " are you ready to take my ordernow?". Employee just nods. Customer service is slim to none. Coffee tasted like dirt/coffee grinds. Threw it away. Read more
Usually go here as most days I know what staff I will get making my drink/food and that they'll make it correct. On this day it... was not made right and the girl at the window tried to correct me when I noticed my drink was not made right saying it looks thesame. I go here sometimes because coffee is relatively cheap compared to most other places, but you get what you pay for. Sandwiches... are soggy and poorly constructed (cheese is supposed to be on the INSIDE of the sandwich, not melted all over the outside.) Nostraw made the refresher drink not as refreshing. Read more
There was a giant piece of aluminum from the cream cheese spread smeared into my bagel. Need I say more? This location is... disgusting & obviously needs some serious intervention with their health & safety training (or lack thereof). Genuinely don?tunderstand how you screw up a bagel to the point of making it hazardous. Last time I?ll ever be back to this location. Read more
floors are dirty as you can see from the pictures . It's a pretty quiet place lots of seating employee Hahkeish definitely needs... more training. They don't always check their inventory when customers order. And they didn't offer to give me a receipt. Employees need to learn to listen more carefully to what the customers order. Read more
