I have never experienced a Dunkin? Donuts like this ever. Such awful people. I ordered my drink and as I was ordering it the guy... said hold on and just started laughing at me to his workers. As I was getting my drink the lady gave me an eye roll and I didn?teven get a greeting. As I got my drink it was disgusting. I parked and went back in to get a new drink. When I walk in I overhear them making fun of the way I ordered. They literally were making fun of me for saying sorry. I have autism so not everyword comes out correctly so I always apologize because I feel bad. They are nasty, rude, ungrateful people. Also I feel bad forthem because they work a dunkin. The worst Dunkin to ever exist... The majority of the staff are rude. They all act annoyed that you're trying to order a medium... regular coffee. And when you do get something from here 9 out of 10 times there's something wrong with it. Read more

I visit here on an almost daily basis now after switching from the Dunkin down the road near Henny Penny. While most of my... experiences have been good, I have recently had a few mishaps and negative interactions with staff. I am hoping that these werejust bad days- I really don't want to go back to the other store. If they do not have cold brew- either they will be up frontwith you and let you know they are out, or they won't say anything and give you dark roast instead while still upcharging you.This has seriously pissed me off and is partly why I have decided to write this review. I worked for Dunkin for a period of timeand can tell the difference between when my coffee is right & wrong. I will also say as of late I have been getting more andmore "stale" batches of coffee. These taste absolutely disgusting, and I cannot believe that management allows their staff toignore the time frames instilled by corporate policies for switching out batches. This is why I always order cold brew insteadof regular or dark roast- either they have it and it is fresh or they don't have it and I can weigh my options. I've gotten sicklately due to stale coffees from here and I hope that this issue can be resolved sooner rather than later. All being said,generally everyone I see here is nice and asks how my day is. Sometimes staff can be nasty and reflect this through theirpresentation and service, but everyone has bad days. Just switch the damn coffee! Read more
This Dunkin' is like playing Roulette, with your Order... Pull up, order a particular Sandwich, get a completely DIFFERENT... Sandwich, at the Window! The Staff is very Kind, Courteous, & Friendly, but it seems they confuse Orders, FREQUENTLY! I am,seriously, considering visiting a different Dunkin, from now on, because of this very issue! By all means, the Quality of thefood is excellent, and they ARE very nice...But, those two "pluses" DON'T overturn the glaring NEGATIVE, of getting incorrectOrders!
