Walked out because take out orders take priority over walking customers. Stood in line 10 minutes and no one said a word to me.
Good fast lunch. Always fresh. Good value for the money.
Love their sandwich's that's not the problem. I used the app to order a free sandwich with my rewards points. That should have... cost me zero dollars, but instead my credit card was charges FOUR times for a total of $70.17. Filled out a form and got aresponse email. I was told to call. I did and left a message. Then I received another email from someone else talking about aproblem that had NOTHING to do with mine. I called again and have heard nothing from them. No one will tell me why they stole$70.17 from me. I had to dispute it with the bank. DON'T USE THEIR APP AND PAY IN CASH. They are not trustworthy with creditcards. Read more
Never have picked up a sub here on time. It's usually 5+ minutes late on a good day. Just stop online orders if you're going to... wait until I come in to start my sandwich. Edit: to the owner, I'm not reaching out to you via email. My complaint is righthere. Read more
Great place to grab a sub sandwich. My favorite sub place was Subway now its Jersey Mikes like their subs because of fresh meat... n veggies that go on their sandwiches. If we're hungry for some Subs its going to be Jersey Mike's. Read more
Not a fan of the service. Placed an online order to be ready at 2pm. I arrived early at 1:45pm and my sandwich wasn't ready.... That's fine I knew I was early. What bothered me is they didn't start making my sandwich after the customers already in thestore were taken care of. I stood there for 20 minutes until I had my sandwich in hand at 2:05pm. They continued to makesandwiches for customers who arrived after me for 20 minutes! I could've ordered in store and been out within 5 minutes and thatwas with waiting for the customers before me.
