They thankfully always have ice cream! Super happy, being lactose intolerant and pregnant. Always hits the spot! The fries are... often cooked a little longer than normal, many fries have dark spots or are darkened to mostly brown and crispy. People arenormally nice at the drive thru. Always quick, and accurate too! Read more
I went to get some burgers and fries here today and got the best customer service ever! The girl, at the cashier window, whose... name I was given but can't remember (sorry????), was so sweet and actually asked how I was doing and for me to have a goodday. Then when I picked up my food, there a super nice guy there named Naz, (hope I got the spelling right), which had a greatsmile, had the food ready quickly, and also wished me a nice day. I am so glad there are still places where people treat me withthis kind of courtesy. Keep up the great job you two, you are both awesome!!!!! Also the food is great here too! Read more
I came at 6:30 pm apparently during rush hour. The team working this night must have been new because orders were backed up and... a group of people were waiting around for their food - some looking particularly angry. The manager was doing her best to getorders out and be apologetic. Some customers made a few nasty comments about how slow the service was. I noticed an unusualgirl with tattoos and a dress (maybe an off-schedule employee?) came in to help prep food and alleviate some pressure, which Iappreciated. Read more
The service is spot on. The fries are great, but for some reason this keeps happening. I would order a filet o fish, and this is... how it turns out most of the time. This is McDonald's, the food presentation is part of the service. Read more
