the lady who normally works at the bakery is absolutely disgusting with her attitude this isnt the first time we have had an... issue with her she saw us waiting for someone to take our order and when we said excuse me she looked at us and walked by anddid nothing and we walked out and still said nothing absolutely awful person find a new job if u cant do it when i called tospeak to a manager i am 100% sure she didnt tell anyone. worst person ive ever come across Read more
I went to Panera bread one morning to get my family breakfast. I ordered the 4 breakfast sandwich. When I got home I realized 2... of the breakfast sandwich didn?t have meat on them. So I called back and spoke to the manager Angelo. Angelo told me he wouldreplace these two breakfast sandwiches. I went back a few days later and ordered my 2 breakfast sandwiches. One bacon for mywife and one sausage. I don?t eat pork. Also got my son a cinnamon roll before school. I should?ve checked my sandwich before Ileft but when I got home I realized they both had bacon on them. So now I have to go all the back to Panera and do this all overagain. After I do this. This will be the last time Panera receives my service. Oh yea and the older lady at the counter and veryrude. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. She definitely cursed at me. I love this location! Smaller than a lot I've been to, but everyone at the register are incredibly friendly! My husband and I... have the Sip Club, and highly recommend! Food is normally correct, too! My husband or I (or both) are here almost every day,it's a cool place to go on a hot day after work, and a great place to take the kid sibling out on a date, too! We always order food the night before. Large family, lots of items. Some days they forget to include items in the order. Today... they said they were out of souffles, and when I arrived at the store, two were on the counter. A different type than I ordered,but I accepted them as a replacement. We took them home to eat, and they were all liquid on the inside. Severely undercooked.Overall, you'll probably get a good experience, but always check that you received what you ordered, and the food is to thequality you expect. Read more
Good food. Slow service. But friendly. Wasn?t busy either. Seem to have plenty of employees. Maybe an off day.
Came in to a bunch of people waiting to order but no one at the register. Everyone sees us waiting but finally a woman from the... back came up to the register. Started ordering. Ordered Chicken goddess salad minus onions and egg due to allergies. Im toldthey don't have any avocado. I get my bag and get to the car and open the salad and...no tomatoes and an onion piece on mysalad. I now have to go back in to get everything fixed. Wait in line again but this time their was someone at the register. Thelady was pleasant and fixed my meal. This location usually is accommodating and makes mistakes but will atleast fix it. Stopped by this Panera for a quick dinner. They didn't have the bread that was supposed to come with my sandwiches but I was... offered alternatives instead. There's also a conference room within the establishment. Bathroom was kept very tidy and thedining area were kept clean as well. Read more
