Great greek salads and traditional pizza. We just moved into area and really enjoy them and Pizza Palace about 5 mins from them.... They did however go away for vaca the entire Summer! No date of return either..lol. i guess theyre secure in doing so but thatsa major $ loss and boon for Pizza Palace across from Groton Big Y. Apparently the locals know of this and no one made a fuss. Theyre friendly and provide a good pizza & salad so now we know they return in Sept. We now know two good greek pizza parlorsexist too and make use of both depending where we're coming from. Such a sweet lady, and family running the establishment. And it reminds me of grinders and pizza from home. Only makes it even... better that they have other really good New England options. Love it here never had a bad thing to say about it Read more

Ordered $45 worth of food and tipped the driver $5. Opened the box to find what appeared to be a slice missing. I wasn?t sure... if they were using smaller pans or what was going on so I called the restaurant and was nice about it and said ?this is awkwardbut I think someone took a slice from my pizza?. She said ?the driver!?? I said ?I?m not sure it just showed up and it?smissing a piece?. She then yelled ?that is impossible! It must have been one of your people who did it!? I was in disbeliefhaha?. All this drama over one missing slice. Incredibly rude people and just down right awful to deal with. You would havethought I was trying to rob them of their life savings. I would have been fine with a free slice on my account. Now you lostat the very least 5 regular customers from my household, my friends, and anyone else I tell of this experience. Ridiculous. If you want a GREAT meatball grinder, Pano's is the place to go. Their pizzas are my boyfriends favorite, and he is picky... about his crust. The owners are so friendly, especially the owners mother who helps out. I need to ask her name next time I gothere. The place looks very clean, plenty of parking. Delicious Mediterranean pizza and it was the best pizza I?ve ever had. The crust was superb nice and crunchy. The spinach and... feta and fresh tomatoes were amazing Eve was so attentive we also got an antipasto a small one and it was wonderful it was sogood I took a picture of it before we ate it I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone it is actually right beside thehilltop motel in Groton Connecticut ????????????????????????????
