The staff is always polite and helpful. I don't care for the food. They have gotten rid of the damp mildew smell they used to... have and the major reason we don't go very often. They handle all the baptisms, retirement and post funeral gathering with acalm and compassionate fashion. Read more

Their pizza is some of the best pizza in Groton. Plentiful beer selection as well. I'll be returning

Good food, pricing was very good also. Waitstaff was excellent. It was pretty busy, yet we got a table quickly. It is also well... maintained and clean. I had the prime rib French dip roll with cole slaw. My dining companion had the Ruben with fries. Irecommend this place for the good food and staff. They also have a full bar. This is a popular local restaurant and has beenthere many years. The owners were very nice as well, checking on customers, chatting with people they know, they seemed veryapproachable and well in tune with the staff and their customers. One does not see that very often today. My only suggestionwould be for them to resolve the table top issue. The table tops are sticky. Our waitress explained why,(nothing to do withcleanliness), and they have tried hard to resolve it. My suggestion would be to try using acetone to get it resolved. Read more

Par Four is a great restaurant if you want a consistently good meal while enjoying the beautiful views of the golf course. Did... I mention the staff couldn't be friendlier? The environment couldn't be any more warm and welcoming. Read more

Yolanda and I both had the barbecue ribs special. They were served with homemade cornbread, baked beans and coleslaw. The food... was great. We had a really good waitress also. Will definitely be going back soon. Read more

Wow. 0 stars maybe? We sat down at a table and noticed there was only one person in the kitchen. Our table was sticky and... humid, the room felt thick. The first we thing we got was a round of sodas, and each were flat and tasted like syrup. Then ourwings were extremely bland and had little to no taste, while also having signs and drips of blood around the bone and someinside the chicken. Our Firecracker Kalamari was overcooked in old grease and we found bits and pieces of food that was cookedprior to serving us. The marinara sauce looked and tasted like burnt salsa. The potato skins were dry, definitely old andbrittle. The cheese was rubbery and probably microwaved. Worst of all, we found a literal and solid ice cube inside a cup ofsour cream. Then our meals came out, and were an absolute disaster. The stuffed cod (we sent it back before I could get apicture) had stuffing burnt on top, fish burnt and stuck to the bowl. It was extremely dry and the vegetables to come with itwere dried up. The tuna salad grinder I ordered, had hardly any tuna. I asked for a tuna grinder and I got a lettuce sandwichwith stale bread. The lasagna was completely unrecognizable. The platter looked like a science experiment gone wrong, as it wasresting in a puddle of grease about an inch off the plate. There was a layer of burnt cheese and everything was overcooked. Onthe plus side, the little salads were good. And the chicken tenders were good too. The fruit that came with them, was fresh outof a can. Despite our waitress, who apologized constantly, we were billed $80 (and that's without the cod) for a meal we werenot even close to happy with. Please don't come here, unless something changes immediately. Read more
