Great ambiance, good service, but the food is a hit and miss. Our server was very accommodating and friendly. Drinks were... great, The complimentary cornbread and sourdough were really good. Crab dip was soupy but they were generous with the lump crab,and the cheese tasted pretty good. The bread that came with the dip were stale and very tough. I ordered the rib eye medium, theoutside had a great crust, but the inside was rare, the seasoning was perfect so I didn?t mind that much.. My sides werecucumber salad and fries; the cucumber salad was disappointingly soggy and bland. The fries were just..ok. The pork chop wasgreat, smashed yukon gold potato was good, and mushroom side was just ok. For dessert, raspberry tiramisu was perfect. For theprice, and that they are farm to table, I'd say I expected more quality food, but the view was great I guess. I don't think itis worth to drive an hour to come back again though. Read more

Make a reservation as they fill up quick but, for good reason. From start to finish our experience was very enjoyable as the... drinks, food and service were top notch, I feel the prices justify the quality. We dined the Friday of Valentines Day weekendand did not once feel rushed or that they were trying to get the next group of people in, we were comfortable and I think thatmade it even more pleasant. If possible, I'd request Kara as your server, she was a blast! Great service and located in a beutifully restored barn. All the food was good. Liked my steak and carrots they all had great... seasoning. Steak was ordered Medium rare but was medium but I considered it colse enough. Salad had too much dressing but thatis my fault for not ordering it on the side. Read more
First time back since COVID began. Overall we were dissapointed. It was a late 8 pm meal and the baked potato was way over... cooked and dry. Lots of butter was needed. The brocolli also was way over cooked. Steak was actually good and nicely cooked. Service was slow (maybe staffing shortage so I will always over look that). Beer selection was good. Weirdly we got therearound 10 minutes early and we had to wait exactly to our reservation time. Was not crowded. Again.. just seemed weird to me. No please have a drink at the bar, nothing. Just ignored us until out time slot. Terrible hosting IMO. Also took forever toget a seltzer water. My wife and I got the same meals and rated it the same. For an appetizer I got the tomato soup andchilled cheese. The cheddar was great, but I would have asked to skip the cranberry on the goat cheese. Soup was great fordipping. For the price, the meal/experience should have been better overall. I have never had any issues prior. Mixed reviewand overall should have spent my money elsewhere as this was a special celebration. Delightful atmosphere. Service attentive and on point. Entrees cover a wide array, reasonably well executed. Ingredient quality... superb. Off-menu cocktail standards fair, stick to their special cocktails. Apps uneven. Ambiance top notch. Will dine again. Read more
