Gilson's is a unique experience. They hold dinners once a week. The atmosphere is a dinner party, not a restaurant. You sit at... common tables with the other guests so you can conversations with new people. The meal is prix fixe and the menu changes everymonth, they post the upcoming menues so you should check the menus before making reservations so that you can come on an eveningwhen they are serving something that you prefer.
