Usually love coming here when we up this way. But this morning was very disappointing. Multiple KIDS working but very slow... service, forgot to sweeten the sweet tea, bathrooms were dirty with no toilet paper or towels. Step it up guys!!! Read more
The only thing that is wrong with this place is a lack of (strong leadership and proper training). The staff are mostly young... high school students trying to make some money to buy a car or to help their parents out while trying to get some on the jobexperience. I personally think that they are doing a great job with what they have been given. Braum's is a fast food In and outestablishment selling handburgers and fries milkshakes and Sunday's with a small quick pick food store added to the mix. Read more
Today i ordered a #14 add mustard, onions and bacon. They didn't put the add onto the burger. I went to the counter and asked... them to put some onions and mustard on it. They said they couldn't, so I asked a side of onions and mustard to put it on theburger myself. I was told no and the manager Melissa argued with me at the front counter, so I asked for a refund. She onlyrefunded the burger without the cost of the bacon they had charged me for. I asked for my receipt back and was also told no. Read more
Wait time is absolutely ridiculous we were sitting in line for a hour and a half in the drive through for a bag or burritos and... they were letting people go in front of us when they were taking our order and last time we came here the guy taking our orderwas so insanely rude. Never had worse service at a fast food place in my life. Good cherry limeades tho depending on who makesthem, I would say better than sonic. Read more
It is a very busy place and will serve you as quickly as they can. Store is clean. It has a good selection of groceries.... Employees are friendly and helpful. The chicken, strawberry, poppy seed salad is really good. Read more
Went thru the drive thru which was super busy. But staff was still friendly and courteous. The young man running the window... where you pay was flustered and when I got to the window to get my food that gentleman apologized for my wait. I told him it wasfine but I thought the other guy was flustered and he informed me that they all were due to the fact that there were only 5employees running the business tonight. I thanked him and told them to hang in there and they were doing a great job. My orderwasn't completely correct but after finding out the conditions they were working under I wasn't going to complain. I was justthankful for the ones who showed up and was doing the best they could to provide as best of service as they could. Kudos to theworkers tonight ( 7/19/2021). Read more
I was there yesterday October 25th 2022 I was very disappointed on the girl who took my order and then when I got to the pickup... window my order was wrong and when I tried to explain it to her she told me well that's what's on the board by now and shut thewindow and walked away. I am extremely disappointed on the way they treat their customers. I did give two stars because the foodis good. Hopefully they will better train their employees to be a little more courteous. But for the girl who took my order andthe girl who was at the second window you guys getting negative 4. Read more
