This location seems to close early whenever they feel like it. They all hang around the parking lot smoking. Not sure why they... dont just go home. Must be because they're still on the clock? At the drive through speaker one of the girls sitting outsidetold me they were open and someone would help me, but no one ever did. Another girl must've sensed she was in trouble becauseshe approached my car and told me she worked at Olive Garden. Here are pictures of them sitting around outside. The slowest, dirtiest and worst managed restaurant in Grove City. Last time I went was like 2 months ago and they are STILL out... of stuff? HOW? No Coca-Cola, no Dr Pepper, no turnovers and like a 40 minute wait from the time I arrived until the time I leftthe parking lot. Went through the drive-through, only two cars in front of me, when it got to be my time to order, I waited 12 minutes before... someone offered to take my order, so I wound up leaving. Driving past the front of the store, I noticed there was only onecustomer inside, so there was absolutely no reason for their slow service! Read more
3rd time in 2 weeks I stopped for a Roast Beef Sandwich and 3rd time NO BEEF! Honestly if I owned this location I would... seriously consider replacing the entire staff especially management. When I ask why this is the 3rd time in 2 weeks at differenttimes of the day I stopped and no beef I got the snotty answer that ?it takes a long time to cook!? Sounds like a managementproblem to me. If the place can?t get enough Beef made at their Beef Restaurant it?s a problem. No money being made if you haveno beef. Whoever owns this place get rid of all the employees and start over fresh. I live close to this location so it's convenient but if I don't specifically request that my food be made correctly, it... literally never is. Bacon is an especially big problem at this location. Does someone stand in the back and eat it all and thennot have enough for orders? This is supposed to be a chicken bacon swiss with no tomato. At least I got one piece of bacon thistime. No lettuce though. Literally not one other car at the restaurant while I was there so it's not like they were busy. Read more
Everytime i come here, they state they are "out of ROAST BEEF".... At Arbys....?!?!?!?! How is this ok??? It has happened not... once, not Twice, NOT three times.... FOUR TIMES. Unacceptable. Never again. Read more
