Service was not that great. They didn't have any vinaigrette in the middle of the day. I told at the cash register waiting for... the cashier for like 10mins. Every time I?m in this location, no matter what time of day, they?re out of items? not like ?there?s a nationwide lettuce... shortage/recall?, but just in a ?yeah, we haven?t bothered cooking/prepping that?. I just walked out a full 45min before theyclose (and with 8 people in line behind me) and they were out of white rice, fajitas, tomatoes ?. and I literally got the lastpartial handful of cheese! This chipotle is TRASH. I order online and its 10$ for a burrito/bowl and we get 5$ worth in food. In person, and online... ordering its always been AWFUL. Its the only chipotle close and convient to my work for online ordering. If youre looking for aplace that DOESNT give you what you PAY for, and more fat than meat on your food then this is your place. I cant even enjoy myhalf portioned meal without pulling out chunks of fat out of my mouth from the carnitas. This place needs to be shut down. Myboyfriends bowl has 7 pieces of steak for 13$. I?ve given this location 5 tries since my first bad experience and it keeps getting worse....Prepare to wait for mediocre food.... Always tons of people waiting for their online orders, yet there are only 2 people preparing orders in the small station in thecorner. I was surprised how slow they were when I went in to pick up my online order. Now I know why. They didn't have my order ready... when it was supposed to be, they were busy taking care of other team members on break (I am assuming), the poor guy workingcarry out orders appeared to be the only one working. I get home and the attached picture is the salad I ordered. I am not surehow this location is going to survive. The worst Chipotle I have been to visit and I travel a lot so I have seen franchises inmany different states. Update: I tried this place again and they confirmed what I originally thought. This is the absoluteworst run chipotle on the face of the earth. Do not order online and expect your order to be ready even close to the statedtime. I thought I would give them one more chance. I ordered online, even gave them five extra minutes before showing up, andwhen I arrive they had not even started to make my order. Their side order area which is set up for web orders was fully stockedand nobody was making anything. They were jumping in the middle of the line where team members were trying to help their walk-incustomers and screwing up that process. They need a new management team. Read more
