We had a great anniversary dinner at Cimi’s. Prompt and friendly service. Beautiful view!

Made a reservation by phone last week but they didn’t have a record of it today. Hostess was very unapologetic/almost rude. ... Asked for bread, it never came. Two in our party ordered from the lunch combo menu but server assumed individual sandwiches &sides instead & charged accordingly. When we brought it to the server’s attention, he just shrugged. No apology or offer toadjust checks. I ordered a wrap that came with a side. I was charged additional for the side. Server did take it off the checkwhen I told him but was again, unapologetic. Absolutely beautiful. My cousin had his wedding here. BUT..... as soon as they started reciting their vows..... The... restaurant. TURNED UP THEIR MUSIC????.AND I MEAN IT WAS LOUD. needless to say. Yes... I believe it was purposely. .. I toldthe coordinator.... And she pretty much gave me the shoulder shrug. Weddings usually last an hour at most. No way theycouldn't have held off on the music . 1.25 hour wait for food 2 tables with more people got their food lots sooner than us. Steak was NOT up to par Shrimp cocktail... was frozen on limp lettuce Cocktail sauce was in a plastic cup! And they have a business casual dress code! Read more

Atmospere is nice. Food was fantastic. Couldn't get a drink or refill to save your life. Server had zero personality and was... pretty much non-existant. Had they not automatically added an 18% gratuity to our check, I would have tipped 10%. That's onlybecause she did come long enough to take my order and bring my dinner. Read more

Seated at 6:45 for our reservation. Waited 30 minutes for a server to come to our table. Ordered a bottle of wine that server... brought to the table without a glass. She said they were all dirty. The wine bottle is clearly warm to the touch, so we ask fora wine bottle chiller. She states those are also all dirty. Like what??? 10 minutes pass and she finally brings a water glassand an extra glass of ice for the wine????. This is not okay. Our food was excellent, but the service was inexcusable. No signof a manager. There were dirty dishes on another table and hunks of bread that several birds were swarming over. The dishes andbread were never cleared during our 1 hr 40 min stay. 18% tip is included in the bill. We usually tip on top of that, but thisvisit wasn’t even worthy of the 18%. Do better Cimi’s. We came here for a rehearsal dinner and overall it was an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the food... was delicious(I had a delicious salmon) and the ambiance was great. There was a live singer who added an excellent melody as abackdrop to the whole experience. The only note is that the 2nd floor private room does get quite warm, but thankfully theoutdoor patio was cooler with a good breeze. But overall had an excellent experience! Read more
