I'll only be speaking for the drive thru because now that the games have been removed we no longer go inside. BUT with that... being said the foods always hot ???? (9 out of 10 times I have to pull forward but it's never anymore than 1 minute or 2) andI'll gladly do that to ensure fresh and hot food! Unfortunately, the saddest DQ experience. Blizzard was missing 25%. Not filled close to the top at all. Asked for a cotton... candy blizzard and we got vanilla ice cream with what seemed to be fruity pebble pieces in it. So not only was the blizzardwrong it was also hardly a blizzard at all. Definitely won?t be going back. This DQ is experiencing so much back lash on social media and it honestly makes me and my family... afraid to even go here anymore. We shouldn?t have to worry about spoiled ice cream being served, it?s literally disgusting andcan make a ton of people sick. I do not see the owner even responding to 1 star reviews since they probably know about the issueand refuse to take care of it. The man working at the cash register was very friendly, listened well, smiled the whole time, knew the menu and items on it... well, asked if we wanted our ice cream while we were waiting on our meal. Made sure our order was right. He was also friendly tothe staff preparing our order. He was very attentive, he made our experience pleasant! Wish I would have caught his name. A great place to have a birthday party at. It was free to have the party there all you have to do is buy the cake and drinks, no... outside food or drink is allowed but you are allowed to decorate. I would highly recommend this for anybody looking for acheaper alternative for a venue to have a birthday party at. Read more
