Reviews for Domino's Pizza in Grove City, OH
2nd time they forgot the chicken in our pasta. I was polite but they argued about there being chicken in it. Then sent a... replacement with a few pieces of black chicken that was greasy and full of gristle. I took one bite and had to spit it out.Iasked them to refund the chicken dish and told them why, I was argued that with about the chicken being fine because she made itherself. They agreed to the refund but also called back a second time to argue about their being chicken in the first one andthis one not being gross and burnt chicken. What in the actual f domino's? I'll post pictures of the chicken in awhile. I toldthem that I didn't think arguing with me about it was appropriate or professional so then she hung up on me. I'm not rude norpicky. If it had been edible I'd have eaten it. I won't be paying for domino's ever again. It's not that they forgot it or sentme a black replacement and more that they are going to yell and argue with me, but agree to the refund and call right back toargue with me again and to argue for a second time. Go spend your hard earned money somewhere else guys. I will be from now on.It was my boyfriend who wanted to eat here but even he is done after this. Read more
Kinda disappointed in this pizza. I didn't really have the money to spend, but I bought pizza in hopes of feeding my family... tonight. This was supposed to be thin crust, but the pizza barely is even...pizza lol... it barely has any sauce or cheese on itat all. Read more

I went to pick up my order and it was not quite done so I waited in my car. From there, I was able to see everything the... employees were doing. Not one employee wore gloves while handling food. One employee went from grabbing pizza toppings with herbare hands and throwing them on a pizza to handling cash and credit cards at the counter and back to food prep again. No gloves.No handwriting. ordered a pizza that took 2 hours to get here. the pizza was warm but still didn't taste that good in my opinion.
terrible, order is never, I mean never correct. why do you have an option to square cut if you never do it? $35.00 for a pizza... that was suppose to be extra peproni, extra sausage, extra onion and extra banana peppers and you gave me this... it isn't evencut all the way through! I can count the number of ppers and onions on my hands! Just plain unacceptable! All the topping are inthe center of the pizza... SMH Never again! I give up! Read more
Terrible terrible customer number service experience every time I call. Now they are taking phone calls from a call center not... even directly to the store and you can?t even understand the people at the call center you get hung up on and completelydisrespected!!
