We normally go here once or twice a month. The same staff is normally there, every visit. The past couple times we have gone,... the food quality and service has steadily declined. From a burned, miniature T-Bone steak, waiting forever for chip refills,getting the orders completely wrong and backwards and then having an attitude when you ask them to fix it... Had the Beef and Breans Nachos from the appetizer menu (I added a side order of shredded cheese). My service was wonderful and... the food is delicious. The appetizer portion was huge, good thing I didn't get the regular order!!???? Highly recommend thisrestaurant. Read more
Fantastic restaurant. From the customer service ,food and to the immaculate restroom. Very clean and convenient with the baby... changing station. I always have trouble finding places that have the belt clip intact. For some reason some places overlook anddont consider the need for those. Theres no precedence after they go missing. This place has great upkeep. Also Wonderful food.The most authentic I can get as I get closer to the rural town where that type of food is not popular in demand. Or if found itis a very different latin type of food. Normaly I experience Broccoli in quesadillas. That and toufh decisions of enchilqdasthat come with rice and beans or quesadilla with Broccoli no rice and beans. This place had both meals come with rice and beansall for a reasonable pice. We had a group of 20-30 guests come to the restaurant. The one that put it all together called the restaurant. She also arrived... early to get the table set because we know restaurant gets busy quickly. We came was planning on being there at 5:30p. We askedfor the porch/ Terrace area. They was a people in the terrace they was asked when they leave to save the tables for the group.The manager yelled at our people. The waiter didn?t check on our table. He was very grumpy slamming the meals in front of guestat our table. The food was not that great but it was quick. If they was more accommodating and polite they would have got greattips and it would have been worth the while. But since the yelling and non politeness they missed the great tips and lostcustomers over it. Then later I find out my grandma went had a smaller group. She ordered a taco salad and it stated it wassoggy. Also her service was no good either. Read more
