Air pumps haven't worked right for almost 9 month's now.
Rude and racist! Its like they require you to be homophobic, abusive, or have authority issues to tend this station We arent in a bad area of... town, we arent in a heavily racist area, we arent in an aggressive area... Where the hell do they keep finding these losers tostaff this place? I dont normally write reviews, never thought I would for a gas station. Blonde women came out the side door while I was at the gas pump today, and while standing at the door yelled across the back... part of the gas station that she was a manager. Apparently I should have said sorry right away before she even started talking.She continued to talk very loudly at me for empting my gas can in my gas tank after filling it up from the gas pump. When Itried to explain what I was doing she just got louder and started saying she would have another manager come over from thestore. I wasn't even trying to start a ruckus but she escaladed the matter instead of coming over and talking to me in aprofessional manner. If the manager would have came out and taken a different approach the whole situation would have beenavoided. Quite frankly she caused an embarrassing situation for not only me but for the other patrons trying to buy gas andcoming in and out of the store. She carried on for almost 2 minutes. I finally told her that she made her point in to go backinside. Would advise corporate to look at the video. I would also suggest that she be better trained to handle scenarios moreappropriately. If I would have been of rougher character she could have definitely had a problem. Read more
