Wow what a eye opener, first we had to wait to be seated in near empty restaurant, then ordered our food which was good ,but... when you wanted a refill it was a journey to find someone to help !! .the entertainment was courtesy of bug just walking acrossthe place until waitress finally stepped on it! ,instead of cleaning it up just left it on floor for all to see. Pickup order wasn?t ready when I arrived. None of the servers even looked in the direction of the people waiting to be seated.... One even finished their shift and avoided walking near the line of customers. Restaurant wasn?t even half full. Place was pretty empty when we got there. Service was a little slow, but the waitress was the only person that we saw in the... front part of the restaurant. She was seating everyone, waiting tables, cleaning tables, and taking all the payments, but shewas super friendly. Food was great. Read more
So disappointed. This place is filthy. The waitress was lovely but was not redeeming enough to come back. My silverware was... dirty, the replacement set was also dirty. The solution? Plastic utensils. Okay, fine at least I know they are clean. The syruphad fuzziness, coffee was meh, and it smells in the dining area. I feel bad because there was only one waitress for every tablebut as others have mentioned... it's not really busy. Read more
Ordered country fried steak and when it came out you could CLEARLY see it had gone bad some time ago. I'm talking literal chunks... in the gravy portion. Not the little meat pieces. The dairy part was chunky. I couldn't bring myself to touch a single thing onthe plate. Ordered toast that either had mold or something not right on it. Manager tried saying it was from blueberries but itwas IN the bread. So if it was berries, that toast had been sitting for a VERY long time. Thankfully my friend was able to eathis burger and fries, but I will never go back to this location and I urge you to do the same. Manager was completelyunapologetic about the situation and all but told us to leave because I told him I didn't feel comfortable eating anythingcoming out of that kitchen. Read more
We (party of two) were asked to wait 10 minutes for a table. The restaurant was disgusting, trash and food everywhere including... on the seats and floor. It was mostly empty with plenty of open tables but we ended up waiting 30 minutes to be seated. Itwasn't until we got up to leave that they offered to seat us. We then waited 10 minutes to get served by a waitress who askedwhat we wanted without giving us any menus. We waited another 10 minutes for our drinks and my glass was dirty. It was another30 minutes before we got our appetizer. To top it all off, they seated a large group of people in a booth beside us and expecteda handicapped woman to sit at the booth. They asked for the open table on the other side of the restaurant and were told nowithout any explanation. So the handicapped woman had to use a chair and sit at the end of the booth. We are nowhere nearsatisfied with our service or the people around us' service. We are beyond disappointed and won't be coming back here. Read more
The food was okay. There was only one server working the entire lobby. Customers entered the building and nobody acknowledged... them. Waited forever to eat. My husband enjoyed his food but it wasn't good enough to tempt me to return. They definitely needto hire more employees. Read more
