I ordered delivery and not only was that... super fast and ahead of schedule, the pizza was delivered super hot and fresh. I have been a customer of this establishment for more than 45 years. I have never written a review before. I have had trouble... with this location in the past but was told the only to get results was to post a review. July 10 I ordered a pizza, sub & saladwhen I got home I called and informed them that they had made the pizza incorrectly Dodge the general manager asked if I couldreturn for a new pizza I asked if they could deliver me a new pizza since I was just there. Dodge told me that they would notdeliver me a new pizza & that she could only issue me a $3.00 credit. I didn?t think that was sufficient. I returned to thelocation and retuned my food for a refund & Dodge informed me that they do not issue refunds. I was also told from Dodge that Iwould not be allowed to order from this location again. l called another location re ordered my food which was ready & madecorrectly when I got there & told that it is not the policy of not issuing refunds when it was the restaurant?s fault. Pizza came 5 minutes after I placed the order. Cashier on the phone got my address wrong but everything else was fine except for... one thing. Their prices are a little bit too expensive. 19.99$ for a large pizza plus delivery, come on guys. You can do betterthan that. Read more

So this was our first time ordering from this location.. and we will NOT be ordering again we got two xl pizza and two subs the... subs were burnt but the pizza so under cooked on the bottom it was mushy and doughy and we have pizza every Friday and there isless than half a pizza even touched in a household of 7 ???? I called the manager after my children already ate cereal fordinner and all she offered me on a $56 order was $16 credit ... not even price of 1 of the pizzas I told her she could sendsomeone out to get it or I could bring both pizzas back in the morning she said that's the best she could do... Called and ordered pizza and sub for carry out the evening of Friday November 7th. They quoted 20 to 25 minutes so we showed up... 30 minutes later and ended up having to wait another 20 minutes in the lobby waiting for the food. After taking the food homecome to fine the pizza crust was burnt and the sub bun was way over toasted. I called and asked for a manager and was on holdfor a while and no one came back to the phone.
